I saw Carolina on Welsh TV. She's fantastic. She has a similar type of voice to Portuguese Fado singers. I wish she had a CD out (or better still, a DVD - she's pretty nice to look at).

I have a friend by the same name, from the same place in Latin America, and almost the same profile. This Caro has definitely a better voice. Her songs remind me of Susana Baca, Lila Downs and a few others with transcendental voice. Axe.

Hearing her voice over the waves of radio, coming from over the atlantic, produced a reaction in me that I had not felt since listening to folk singers of rural mexico, venezuela, colombia, and argentina as a child. It is unfortunate that she does not currently have an album released, but when she does, I will be most anxious to purchase it, and share the beauty of Carolina's voice with my friends. Her voice and music are most seductive, while remaining intellectually stimulating. My very warm congratulations to her on that which she has thus accomplished, and wish her the greatest of success in pursuing her music further.

I saw her workshop on Saturday. Carolina has a great voice and she is very passionate about her music. She was 'discovered' busking on the tube, and I am sure she will not be going back to there for a long while!
