Aled Jones recruits choral conductor Peter Broadbent as talent scout for a look at some of the most exciting up-and-coming choirs from the UK and Europe. They are joined in the studio by contemporary specialists Exaudi who perform music by Tippett, Finnissy and Skempton. Plus exciting sounds from the Latvian choir Balsis, a winning competition performance from Welsh group Serendipity, and a group of former choristers from the choir of St Thomas 's Leipzig : the Calmus Ensemble.
