Les Demoiselles d'Avignon
Philip Dodd and guests explore Pablo Picasso's 1907 work Les Demoiselles d'Avignon, which would become arguably the most important painting of the century. Picasso portrayed five prostitutes gazing out at the viewer, their faces terrifyingly bold and solicitous, apparently inspired by African and Oceanic carvings that he had seen in Parisian museums.

Stephen Riley's vivid and atmospheric play about three disaffected teenagers.
Janine and Ian discover they share a favourite poem about life's destruction of beauty. Their spiritual connection and teenage lust leads them on a heady emotional adventure as Janine is compelled to follow Ian's interpretation of the poem, no matter what the consequences.
