Live from Cadogan Hall, London, a Proms debut for an elite ensemble made up of principal players from the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain. Lutoslawski's capricious soundscape of overlapping ideas contrasts with the radiant wide-open spaces of Copland's ballet score in its original version for 13 players.
