The BBC Symphony Orchestra's Chief Conductor Designate continues this season's fairytale theme with fellow Czech Novák's allegorical take on one of Andersen's tales from What the Moon Saw and Stravinsky's iconic ballet The Firebird. Radio 3 New Generation Artist Llyr Williams joins the orchestra for Schumann's celebrated concerto.
