Programme Details

On Night Waves Paul Allen talks to last years turner prize winner Jeremy Deller and artist Allan Kane as they put the finishing touches to Folk Archive  their challenging exhibition of contemporary folk and vernacular art at the Curve Gallery at the Barbican in London.

There's an interview with playwright David Eldridge - most recently praised for his adaptation of Festen - on the eve of the opening of his new play - In Complete and Random Acts of Kindness - at the Royal Court in London.

And there's a review of Ong-Bak - the new Thai martial arts movie that goes back to basics - no wires, no matrix style computer generated imagery - just supreme athleticism from the star that some critics have already label the new Bruce Lee.

That's all on Night Waves with Paul Allen at 9.30pm.
