A Film by Stanley Kubrick

Music from the third movement of Music for Strings Percussion and Celesta featured extensively in Stanley Kubrick's classic 1980 horror film The Shining based on a novel by Stephen King, starring Jack Nicholson and Shelley Duvall. The film also features music from Berlioz, Penderecki and Ligeti.
