Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture live from the Imperial War Museum
The Tchaikovsky Experience finished in style with a spectacular concert on Friday 16 February 2007.
Charles Hazlewood conducted the BBC Concert Orchestra and a host of brass bands and choirs for an extraordinary performance of Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture in the magnificent setting of the Atrium in London's Imperial War Museum.
Over two hundred musicians performed on three floors within the Atrium. The concert was broadcast live on Radio 3 'Bonkers, completely bonkers!' - Tom Service The video of this concert is no longer available.
