The Prizes
The Adult and Youth category winners will receive £250. The Children’s category winner will win the opportunity to work with a composer on a special commission for their choir. The overall BBC Radio 3 Choir of the Year will win a special commission for their choir and will represent the UK in the European Broadcasting Union’s Let the Peoples Sing competition.
Radio 3 and BBC 4
The Semi-finals and final will be broadcast on BBC Radio 3
and there will be additional televised coverage of the Final
on BBC four.
