Britain's Most Flouted Law

The Jeremy Vine Show asked what was Britain’s most flouted law.  All week (19-23 December) you voted on which of those listed below was the most flouted and the results are now in!

1. Dropping litter - 39.9% (2659 votes cast)
2. Holding a mobile phone whilst driving - 30.7% (2047 votes)
3. Hunting foxes with dogs - 17.7% (1181 votes)
4. The law on under age drinking - 7.1% (471 votes cast)
5. Speeding on the motorway - 4.6% (306 votes)

So, dropping litter is the most flouted law as voted for by you.
