I can hear Ken Bruce speaking, but can't hear the audio on the sound and video questions

This could be because the BBC's Audio / Video player has been muted on another area of the BBC website. To resolve this, visit another page on the BBC site that contins the player (eg: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p0072zrz) click play and ensure the speaker icon in the bottom right corner of the player isn't set to mute. Then go to PopMaster and try playing the game again.
