WEDNESDAY 30 JANUARY

17.25 Brain Strain
Psychotherapist, Rachel Morris gave us a few tips on how to give the brain a break...
Try not to give yourself too many things to achieve,
Keep in the moment,
Remove fear from the next moment
Ask yourself are you expecting more than human effort can bring
If so, you can’t expect that everyday
There’s always a price believing you can lead a superhuman life.
Make yourself a priority list
Put them in order of importance – there can never be two number ones
Tell yourself you’ll be OK
If none of it gets done – ask yourself what’s the worst thing that could happen?
