This week Chris and Jonny discovered that the women's version of Lacrosse wasn't quite the gentle sport they were expecting.
The pair headed over to the idyllic location of Wycombe Abbey School, where England Captain Katy Bennett taught them the skills of the game.
Finally the duo were joined by a couple of team-mates each for the all-important match, with the winner getting their hands on the prized Sporting Challenge trophy.

Having had played Lacrosse almost my entire 40 years of existence (hey I am Canadian) I have to say I was mildly impressed with your skills.
However you really need to learn to slide your hand down your stick when you shoot, it will add many mph to the balls velocity...

I've only played pop lacrosse but I know how difficult it is....Jonny's "tackle" made me laugh out loud! If he hadn't scored in the game, I reckon Chris would have won on skills.

Having only ever read about lacrosse in Enid Blyton books I was fascinated to see this challenge, which is one of the maddest sports ever! I am so glad I never had to play this at school as I would have had someone's eye out! Well done boys.

Please, Chris and Johnny - release a dvd in aid of Children in Need with all the sporting challenges on it.
They are so funny but interesting too.

My school hockey team were made to also play lacrosse. As it was an East London school and no other local schools played it, we had to play teams from private schools. We used to get soundly beaten every time, but the cream teas and lashings of ginger beer made it worth the humiliation.
