With Chris 2-1 up in the challenge series, we all headed to the ice rink to see who would be the king of the puck.

Paul "Thommo" Thompson, the head coach of Coventry Blaze and the Great Britain national ice hockey team, was on hand to put the boys through their paces. Paul evaluated them on the skills that are essential to ice hockey, and then threw them into an actual game.

I especially loved the slow motion moments where you were both at a stand still but trying to look as though you were part of the action.
