The Friday Breakfast Show Sporting Challenge - Darts

In order to see this content you need to have both Javascript enabled and Flash installed. Visit BBC Webwise for full instructions

The second Breakfast Show Sporting Challenge took us to Essex, George Hall and darts.

Bobby George, darts player, pundit and general legend, invited us to his impressive house (built brick-by-brick by his own fair hands) to learn how to play the game.

One of the boys had "a gift" one of the boys "was in serious trouble". Watch the video to see which was which.

Take a look at the the photos taken at Bobby's house.

That is 5 minutes 19 seconds of pure 'smile'. Bobby George is a legend. It looks like a great time was had by all, and well done Chris. Can't wait for next week.

The Friday challenge has the look of an inspired series. How many throws did it take to win the game?

    Chris,
You are a great presenter. Just be true to yourself. I sense that, for whatever reason, you are having to try too hard e.g. the music in the mornings isn't yours. It seems patronising to me. Just do what you did on the drivetime show and the feeling you got with it. Love you loads. Gordon

    Hi Chris,
Got to agree with Gordon Bull, you are a genius and have watched and listened to you everywhere but loosen up on your show. It's your show now, you seem apprehensive and unsure and tell Jonny to relax too he's seems to be in awe of you. The sports challenges are good though well done with the darts but if you want life threating danger how about a solo luge race!!

For years now my husband has been telling the tale of a Bobby George darts challenge night, and how he almost beat Bobby and in fact told him he only won because he went first (he even has a trophy) Well we didn't believe him until Bobby mentioned the fact that he was nearly beaten by a young man years ago.... enjoy the show
