With Jonny pushing ahead on the sporting challenge leaderboard, things were looking pretty desperate for Christoff when we arrived at Herne Hill Velodrome for the cycling challenge.

Could Olympic gold-medal winner Jamie Staff MBE teach the boys enough for them to complete 1km on the velodrome without incident?

Would the lack of brakes on the bikes be an issue? Could Chris claw back a win? Watch this week's video to find out.
