The Sporting Challenge - Assault Course

In order to see this content you need to have both Javascript enabled and Flash installed. Visit BBC Webwise for full instructions

The assault course challenge wasn't any old challenge: 1) it was the last challenge in the series 2) it was really hard 3) the rest of the Breakfast team were coming along to have a go too.

If Jonny beat Chris he would be crowned overall Sporting Challenge winner. If Chris won it would all be a draw. What would happen? We were all biting our finger nails.

Take a look at the photos of Chris, Jonny and the Breakfast show team doing the course.

    Yes, well done Jonny.
    Chris must try better.
Maybe its time to get some 'other' members of the team involved and also the whole clips of the challenge, the small snippits of the challenge dont really show the whole of it.

Not only have you two boys been brilliant throughout the whole sporting challenge series, but I have to say the quality of the videos has been astounding. Some of them have had me crying with laughter. I can't help but feel the filming crew should be lifting the Cup. Well done the whole team!

Great effort lads, I would say though that to complete a real Assault Course it has to be done in reverse. As I had to do at Pirbright, Guards Depot, Surrey. Respect guys takes a real man to attempt any assault course.

Yes agree with everyone, these challenges are so entertaining, you must keep them going. And maybe even do a Sir Terry Janet & John and put them on DVD for Children In Need - the full version of the videos with all the other bits we never got to see. I'd buy it for sure.
