To get the weekend off to a great start, every Friday we want you to choose the tunes for the show. Let us know what you'd like to hear by filling out the form below.

All Request Friday is all about getting your weekend started with a bang! We are inundated with requests for records, so the more bright, upbeat and euphoric your choice is, the more chance you have of getting on the show.

We take calls up until 1845 so there's plenty of time to get your request in!
