He was born Simon John Ritchie on May 10th 1957 and died Sid Vicious on Friday 2nd February 1979. 25 years on, this special documentary looks at the life and death of one of punk rock's legendary enfant-terribles.

Sid lived up to the premise of being ‘too fast to live" but at the age of 21, he wasn’t ‘too young to die’ and is one of the tragic victims of rock and roll's over-indulgence.

"My Way: The Sid Vicious Story" is a unique insight into the man and his music, featuring as yet unreleased tracks along with archive footage and new interviews with people who knew, watched, lived and worked with him.

The documentary features Sid's music including his versions of My Way, Somethin' Else and C'Mon Everybody plus tunes from The Sex Pistols and Joe Strummer.

We've got original interviews with Sid biographer Alan Parker, Julien Temple, Derek Green (who signed The Pistols to A&M), George X, writer Alan Jones plus archive interviews with Sid himself, Nancy Spungen, Glen Matlock, Johnny Rotten and Lemmy (former flatmate who taught Sid how to play bass).
