'You Send Me - The Sam Cooke Story' presents the definitive story of the Father of Soul, featuring the inside stories, some key associates and a host of famous fans. 'You Send Me', 'Wonderful World', 'Another Saturday Night', 'Cupid', 'Only Sixteen'- timeless classics from the singer credited as The Man Who Invented Soul. And that would be enough for most - but Sam Cooke's influence cuts even deeper. Saturday 11th December 2004 is the 40th anniversary of Sam Cooke's death and this series celebrates the man and his music.
