The frenetic clip-clopping heard approaching Radio 2 early each morning is Lynn arriving in her donkey cart.
Her Great Uncle Joe possessed the fastest donkey in Cardiff and she still keeps several of the famous Monmouthshire High-Stepping Speed Donkeys for her personal transport.
Born and Raised Born in Cardiff, Lynn was educated - or so it has been claimed. Notably she spent her early years at a high security boarding school for 'Daughters of the Gentry'. After her eventual release she went to a proper school for a while.
The Beeb Beckons
She joined BBC Radio 5 Live and, considering they nearly drowned her on a piece about helicopters, Lynn remains remarkably well-mannered towards them.
She has, for some time, been trying to quash the rumour that while broadcasting from the M25, she managed to cause a traffic jam.
So far, she has failed and her membership of the Traffic Reporters Guild is still in doubt following this shameful episode.
Never Work With Children Or...
When at school, Lynn had been taken with the idea of a career in agriculture; and luckily, working with Ken Bruce she has attained her ambition.
Lynn loves Land Rovers and all things mechanical. This probably started at the Camel Trophy trials when she found herself up to her waist in water whilst sitting in the vehicle.
Lynn has promised to show Sir Terry Wogan what Allen Keys are for but, so far, he has declined the offer, as he feels that would spoil the mystique for him.
Lynn can be heard reporting on the travel news every morning from 6am to 12 noon.
