Nicky Wire and James Dean Bradfield of Manic Street Preachers with Dermot O'Leary

On Saturday 07 April, the Manic Street Preachers joined Dermot O'Leary for a special live performance at the BBC Maida Vale studios featuring tracks from forthcoming album Send Away The Tigers plus some carefully picked Manics classics.

As well as the four tracks performed during the show, the Radio 2 Music Club has three exclusive session performances unavailable anywhere else - including James Dean Bradfield's acoustic cover of Johnny Thunders' You Cant Wrap Your Arms Around A Memory.

Manic Street Preachers and Nina Persson

Your Love Alone Is Not Enough

On Monday 16 March Ken Bruce gave the Manics' first single from Send Away The Tigers its Radio 2 debut. The single is called Your Love Alone Is Not Enough and features Nina Persson of The Cardigans on vocals.
