Paul Sexton presented live coverage of the 41st Country Music Association Awards in Nashville. Alongside guest presenter Suzy Bogguss, herself a CMA award winning artist, Paul reported from backstage at Nashville's Sommet Centre on Country music's biggest night.

In and amongst the live action from the stage, Paul talked to the nominees and winners of the awards, which included Best Group, Best Female and Male vocalists, and Entertainer of the Year.

Winners and nominees
In the Entertainer category this year were the solo artists Keith Urban, George Strait and Brad Paisley, and country music’s biggest group Rascal Flatts, but it was Kenny Chesney who walked away with the trophy for the third time!  Winners of the other awards included Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts, Jerry Douglas, Taylor Swift and former American Idol winner Carrie Underwood.
