Stage Daz' first rehearsal impresses crowd

Daz and the girls have completed their first rehearsal in the Olympic Stadium, to great applause and enthusiasm from the gathered press and fans.

The venue is impressive, with literally hundreds of lights suspended from the enormous rig and a sound that is spine-tingling loud, with great clarity. The talking point for many Athenians has been just how much money has been spent on the Contest. There is no doubt that the Greek delegation have created a stunning stage show.

The UK rehearsal has caused a change of heart for many doubters, and together Daz' rap and the female chorus are sounding fantastic. A blackboard and school desks add to the theatrical element of the performance, which Daz is hoping will appeal to the family voters around Europe.

'All the doubts about 'how are they going to do it live' have been nailed' said Daz after reviewing the recording of his rehearsal with his team. 'That was a match-winning performance out there'.
