A tent city will be set up to accommodate up to 10,000 guests at this year's Contest and will be situated on Truhaniv Island on the Dnipro River, which gives beautiful panoramic views of downtown Kiev.
Guests will get a real flavour of the Orange Revolution, and experience the renewed spirit of Ukraine. Visitors will be staying in the same setting as the thousands who became the catalyst for recent political events. Huge monitors will broadcast the contest live to the masses.
Prices start at 10 Euros a night and would-be campers will be asked to register for their places online [website to be announced shortly].
The organisers assert that the main purpose of the camp is to allow Ukrainians and Europeans a unique historic chance to meet and share their cultures.
