Stelios Constantas was born in Larnaca and enjoyed music from the age of five when he got his first album. When he was a bit older he started studying music and guitar in Larnaca Music School. For a while he played football for his home team but eventually decided to put an end to his footballing career and concentrate on his first love: music.
In 1994 his first album 'Apopse Stin Skopia' was a tremendous hit in Cyprus. Three more albums followed making him a household name.
Stelios is delighted with the selection of his song 'Feeling Alive' to represent Cyprus in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest and he's determined to perform well in Latvia.
