What an amazing line-up - all day every day

Elvis Presley...with Sheryl Crow on bass!

Radio 2's new TV campaign has launched! If you haven't seen it already you can watch the full trail online right here.

     Watch the trail!

The campaign depicts Elvis Presley introducing his band at the end of a concert.  The band consists of legendary figures from the music industry, including Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, Jimmy Page, Keith Moon, Sheryl Crow, Noel Gallagher, and The Sugababes.

The film uses original footage of these artists, painstakingly matched to make it look like they are all on the stage performing together. The main body of the trail is taken from Elvis’ 1973 concert, Aloha from Hawaii (which was broadcast live to over 1.5 billion people when first shown.)

    Other clips used include:

Marvin Gaye - Live in Montreux, 1980
Noel Gallagher - The Who and Friends at the Royal Albert Hall, 2003
Sheryl Crow - The Grammys, 2003
    Stevie Wonder - Sesame Street
Sugababes - shot specially for the campaign
    Keith Moon - from 2nd House 2nd Run, 1974
Jimmy Page - from Atlantic at 40, 1988
