QVC, Price-Drop TV, Shop America, Simply Shopping, Best Direct, TV Shop.... The list of shopping channels on our digital network is growing all the time.

BuyMeUp TVBuyMeUp TV is like every shopping channel you’ve ever seen - product demonstrations, guests, auctions, infomercials, dramatic price reductions, testimonials, phone lines, order pages, horoscopes, bargains, special offers, and life-changing stories. It sells everything you can possibly imagine for your home, vehicle, health, entertainment, lifestyle, wardrobe and bathroom. Owned by a vast American cable network, it is a 24-hour live broadcast channel selling crap to the whole nation. Terms and conditions apply.

BuyMeUp TV goes behind and in front of the camera, as the crazed products and the equally unhinged presenters become ever more involved in the farcical demands of the badly run TV station. The presenters are played by the core cast: Justin Edwards, Katherine Jakeways, Ewen Macintosh, Alex MacQueen and Greg Proops, with celebrity guest presenters featuring in each episode.

Each episode is also peppered with idents and adverts for ludicrous products they are forced to sell, from Robert Mugabe beach towels and the Jeffery Archery set, to the Guitar Bra and a communist doorbell.

The celebrity guests appearing during the series are:

Episode one (8 March):
Eamonn Holmes

Episode two (15 March):
Ruth Madoc

Episode three (22 March):
Rich Hall

Episode four (29 March):
Phone-in contributions from Brian Blessed, Aled Jones and Terry Wogan
