Super Furry Animals' main-man Gruff Rhys has teamed up with the American electronic musician Boom Bip to form brand new project Neon Neon. Together, they've recorded an album based on the life of car manufacturer John De Lorean.

The project has also had colaborations with Cate Le Bon, Spank Rock, Yo Majesty and Fabrizio Moretti of The Strokes.

So we decided to bring them in at the earliest opportunity to record a session for Robby's show. Check out this video of them recording a cover version of 'Searching For Mr Right' and T2's 'Heartbroken' - this is your first chance to see what the Neon Neon experience is all about.
