Where are you from?
My blood is Colombian, but my passport is British. Oh all right, I'm from Bucks.

What were you doing before Radio 1?
Working at News 24 as a sports presenter/ reporter.

Best part of the job?
Covering big events like the World Cup last year and the Ashes in 2005 - can't beat it.

Worst on air moment?
Moyles making me sing along to Robbie Williams...

Three words that describe you:
Enthusiastic, enthusiastic and enthusiastic.

Advice to anyone who wants to get started in journalism:
Try, try and try again.

Where would you like to be in 10 years' time?
Still being challenged and fulfilled by my job.

What's on your walls at home?
A massive world map with pins in it showing the places I've been - NOT ENOUGH PINS IN IT YET!

Who would you most like to interview?
It's got to be Lewis Hamilton…how crazy must his life be right now?!

If you could be famous, what would you be famous for?
Being the best sports monkey there is.

Who's your favourite news reporter and why?
Sports news? Too many to mention - Kevin Gearey is a legend, though. The way he writes is just superb.

I spend my time off...
Playing sport, travelling and chilling with mates.

Blur - Park Life 
Lenny Kravitz - Greatest Hits
Air - Moon Safari

If wasn't a news reporter I'd be...
A travel writer or travel photographer.
