How did you start out?
I ran away to London at the age of 18 and lived in a bus on a carpark for a year with a band called Heretic. I worked as their lighting designer, I painted their backdrops, designed their records sleeves and I was also the bus mechanic!
What's your greatest achievement?
My 2006 BBC Radio1 show Dubstep Warz which broke the dubstep sound to the world for the very first time. Every week, no matter what far flung location of the planet i'm in, someone will tell me: "Dubstep Warz changed my life."
Dream collaboration?
I'd like to work with Quentin Tarantino. Uma Thurman played an actress in Pulp Fiction who starred in the pilot for Fox Force Five, a TV series about five foxy crime fighting girls all with special skills. I'd like to play the motorcycle stunt girl in Fox Force Five the movie.
Describe your look in a word.
Neo-biker.
What keeps you awake at night?
I listen to new music for about 10 hours every day, it's an endless mission to make the finest electronic music show on earth every week. But there's such a vast ocean of sound online now, I agonise about the fact that there will never be enough time to explore it all.
Favourite dessert.
Black cherries.
The whole world's listening, you have 8 words, what are they?
Charge at your dreams and never look back.
