Glastonbury 2004.
Chemicals' electrocution fear
Last updated: 28 June 2004

Chemical BrothersThe Chemical Brothers' headlining set on Friday evening featured an amazing lightshow, and they managed to get through their performance before the Glasto downpours began.

The festival got pretty muddy this year, but Tom and Ed said the Glasto mudfest is absolutely nothing compared to what they've had to cope before:

"We played Wolverhampton Civic Hall the other week and an aquapark in Hungary, and now onto Glastonbury!"

"That prepares you for most things - with lightning, thunderous rain going on while we were playing. Thinking you're going to get struck by lightening, electrocuted any second, always finesses your live capability."

"I was very scared. One thing I didn't want was to be electrocuted in an aquapark in Hungary!"
