The Sessions in the Nations were my big chance to get out of London and see the rest of the UK - Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Each one I visited, I loved a bit more, and if Radio 1 weren’t based in London, I might have moved to Belfast after making a trip up to photograph the JJ72 broadcast.

Oh, and Colin Murray wins the award for best DJ to party with at Radio 1!
