Nice and well put together, but other than a handful of stand out tracks, it just seemed to go in a straight path, rarely changing pace! 'Beat of the Bee [Adam Shaw mix with Strings] was amazing mind!Admittedly though, far better than 2008 EM of the year!

this mix is really good. its good mixing, and good track selection, i wasnt expecting it to be this good, when i heard mark knight, i expected a lil bit more of electro house main stream, but this style is tight, nice start to the new year!!!!

Sounding pretty awesome! I love this baleric hypnotic house sound, just close your eyes and imagine that sunrise! I really wasn't too sure about Funkagenda but this EM has put him up there as one of my fave dj's/producers. Excellent work!

This was 'funking' brilliant. I was close to tears as I was overcome with the euphoria that I felt listening and dancing to this mix. The Radiohead, finale, what can I say? it was the best. Loved it.

To the Funk's credit, the mixing was very fluid, but this was maybe done at the cost of not playing more exciting songs. This set does not to justice to the epic songs that Funkagenda has produced this year. This is the type of set I'd expect from an opening DJ, but not the main show. Overall not a bad mix, just could have benefitted from some more colorful songs.

Minimal House at its very best! Slightly better variation in tracks needed couldnt take away from impecable mixing! Funkagenda just proved he is at the forfront of minimal house and is a major force 2 be rekoned with for 2009. not an obvious joice but could be up there in the rekoning for EM of the yr, the gauntlet has been laid down!
