The festival brings together UK and European acts with Afrobeat, gospel and tradtional African music on the tropical shores of Lake Malawi.

Now in its fourth year, the festival's showcased British acts like Scratch Perverts and DJ Skitz (formerly from our sister station 1Xtra) alongside Malawian acts playing on homemade instruments. (Check the photos).

Lake Malawi is a paradise setting, since it's Africa's third largest lake and imagine this - you can see Mozambique across it on a clear day.

The three-dayer raises money for the MicroLoans Foundation which gives business training and small loans for investment to women.
