It's 10 years (count em!) since Liverpool superclub Cream launched its own festival. Happy birthday Creamfields!

Judge Jules looks back over the past decade of the festival and re-lives some of his memories... using hypnotherapy!  As he 'goes under' to draw out those memories, we also hear from dance acts past and present on their experiences of playing the 'fields, including Norman Cook, Paul Van Dyk and Sister Bliss.

But it doesn't end there - Jules focuses on what to expect at this year's event and what the future holds for the UK's biggest dance festival.
