i'm a dj from a very small group in my city who play dubstep trying to get the sound out there but it's hard for the narrowminded to get into it.great doc btw

Tranquera (Sao Paulo, Brazil)
Nice one!

Luke in Brixton
I've been feeling the subfm vibes, esp Bunzero and Whistla that are keeping an old fella like me abreast of the tunes. I have to say it's nothing new though. half speed garagey beats, with the D&B basslines with the darkness. oh the darkness. gotta love it!phatness!

graham - southampton
dubstep is an amazing sound, good to see Burial in there check them out if you havent already, some really solid tracks by them.

wally from cape town
really good backing track . . great doc

Dylan Barry From Mid Wales
Its a great new sound , and im lovin it Great Stuff !!

Matt Shepherd
Not heard Dubstep Souljahs yet but I will be checking it out, as I mix up alot of Dubstep myself since getting decks for my 26th B'day last August. Dubstep is the coolest sound of the moment and for more people to hear about it is only a good thing - so long as it doesn't become commercialised!

Rob - London
The documentary was really well put together. I was well impressed.I thought Pinch made a lot of sense, very intelligent fella, same with Leofah, N-Type & Mala, again they talk with real passion.Glad you got Melissa and boomnoise involved, they must be over the moon. Was chuffed you had x2 Hessle Audio tracks on, Ramadanman deserves the credit and so to Untold.Very interested to see the head count on the podcast.Look out for Untold, Vaccine, Ranking Records, Escapee Planes & Marlow in 2008 !!

Razzan from stoke
Totally mint anti-mainstream music- loved the doc!!

Dave from Glasgow
I've been into dubstep for a while now (thank you Mary Anne) and thought this was a really strong intro for anyone new to the genre. All the important names and places were given a voice plus the web based follow-up made an excellent package. Good job all round.

Electronic Explorations -- London
Great show, very professional. A good intro to those who have yet to really taste dubstep. Thought Pinch was particularly good, and the beats chosen were spot on. Dubstep has touched the mainstream in parts, with Burial getting day-time air play on Jo Wiley, as well as Benga & Coki. Also Skream & Benga having been guests to mix on the flagship dance programme, Essential Mix.Look out for Hessle Audio in 2008, releases on Hyperdub, Hotflush, Tempa & Tectonic. Keep an eye out for Vex'd, Ranking Records & Untold.

Dave Curran, Milton Keynes
I listen to a lot of jungle, ragga and breakcore and in the past year some of the artists at nights I go to have been playing dubstep in their sets. Still not heard too much of it as listening to it at home was nothing like hearing it in a club, but listening to last nights show has definately whet my appetitite for more. Good stuff!

lloyd wiltshire Cardiff
