7.20 – Greg is here and we find out what happened on his date yesterday with Zoe Salmon. Greg bought her flowers and a champagne breakfast. We then reveal that his challenge today is that he has a budget of £8.50 to buy a new outfit for Scott Mills to wear on the air today from 4pm
7.30 - News and Sport
7.40 – Chris talks about Nigel Poorly in the Star and the article he’s written about the show. It’s as if he’s obsessed with Chris
7.50 – Chris wants to do a straw poll of who’s listening, by asking people to raise their left hand in the air after 3. We then have a present for Aled in the form of Bert from Sesame Street balloon, which he can use when we go up mount shush
8.00 - News and Sport
8.20 – Chris runs through Dave’s soundclash with Zane last night, round for round, and then talks about where he’s gigging with Chappers tonight in Chester
8.30 - News and Sport
8.35 – We talk about the lady with the kids and reckon multiple childbirth is worse than root canal surgery, and we promote Aled’s videos from yesterday which are currently online
8.45 – We play the clips of Aled’s TV highlights from yesterday
