6.30 – Hi it's us again live from Los Angeles. Aled looks like Ken and Carrie is wearing a ra ra skirt as part of her new outfit. We talk some more about whether Carrie should get a tattoo or not.
6.50 – Chris talks about him Rachel and Aled going to the set of Heroes and meeting the cast. We go through our Paul Turner America liners that we haven't played. We've got to go back to the UK even though it's really sunny here
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – The picture of Carrie and Ken is currently online
7.15 – We set up the JJ Abrams interview and play the first bit of it, but then stop it, as there's a problem with the CD player
7.25 – The next bit of the JJ Abrams interview. If you don't enjoy that, then don't bother watching the 40 minute full-length special online

7.35 – We talk about the Heroes visit. Level 5 and Rachel swooning over Sylar.
7.45 – Will does an on air appeal for help with his broken computer disk. He also has presents for us all which are very funny

8.15 – Chris's interview with Zachary Quinto (Sylar) from Heroes
8.25 – More Heroes stuff with Carrie and Rachel

8.35 – We play Carrie the Milo Ventimiglia message which gets her very excited. Her and Rachel need to keep it in their pants and stop slobbering over guests
8.45 – We play the ham sandwich clip and then the new Bond theme
