6.30 – News and Sport
6.35 – We discuss how sticky it was last night. Chris had to go and sit outside the pub and Dave had his back doors open at home. We then talk about American Gangster which Chris saw yesterday and the homoerotic Top Gun which is Dom's favourite movie
6.56 – It's Yorkshire Day so we've been sent a load of Yorkshire produce from a company based in Lincolnshire
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – There's a nothing story in the papers all about the British Gas gig that Jimmy Carr performed at. It's filled with a load of very appropriate quotes. We've been sent some bikinis for Rachel and Carrie which are too small but could be worn on the face as bra man who's the new superhero in our Fatman movie. We also talk about Taxidermists and then play the Jaguar skills mix which is brilliant
7.20 – It's Ibiza weekend and hopefully we'll speak to Vernon later. We've got clip of Cranky mentioning Chris on Bingo Night Live. John Gaunt had a call yesterday from someone mentioning Chris which annoyed him. Chris and Dom are thinking of irritating him today with spoof calls
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – Aled was on BBLB last night and we have clips of him with George Lamb. We can take the mickey properly later when he comes in. Happy Birthday to Sophie's mum Jill and to Dave's niece Talia and Dave's daughter Nicole who's one tomorrow
7.50 – There's a Yorkshire tea van outside the building to celebrate Yorkshire Day. We plug the Verve playing Maida Vale on Tuesday night for Zane Lowe.
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – Big plug for our shows in Cornwall next Friday. Truro in the morning and then the soundclash from Watergate Bay in the afternoon. Dom then has a go at mixing which is very funny
8.20 – Chris and Dave go all girly and talk weightloss, running and weight windows
8.30 - News and Sport
8.35 – We talk about girly weight issues. A moment on the lips is a lifetime on the hips, and if it swims, it slims. We also chat some more about our Fatman movie project. We also promote the podcast and play some very random and disturbing out takes from the recording. We don't really know what it's about
8.50 – Aled's here and we're trying to convince him to grow a beard. Vernon's just landed in Ibiza, so maybe we'll speak to him later
