Radio 1 & Red Nose Day Rallyoke Competition Terms & ConditionsTo enter this competition, you must be a UK resident and at least 18 years-old. You may enter as many times as you wish. You may enter by text. Texts cost £1 (plus your standard text charge). At least 70p from every text goes directly to Comic Relief. The remainder of the charges cover tax and operator and handling charges. If you are a pre-pay customer, the charges will be deducted from your available credit time. If you are a pay monthly customer, the charges will appear on your monthly statement. If you are not the bill payer for the phone, you must obtain the bill payer's permission before entering. The closing date for entries is 10am on 6th March 2007. The winners will be drawn from all correct entries. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be sent notification via text (along with details on how to collect their prize) no later than midnight 6th March. Details on how winners can collect their prize will also be available on www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/chrismoyles/rallyokewinners from March 6th onwards. We will only use your personal details to administer this competition, but may use the winner's name and photographs for promotional and publicity purposes. Please see our privacy policy. The prize for each winner is four tickets to one of Chris Moyles' Red Nose Day Rallyoke nights - to the venue indicated on entry of the competition. Travel and accommodation costs not included. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. BBC may substitute an alternative prize of similar value. BBC may disqualify you from winning the prize if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in breach of these rules or your participation in the competition is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of BBC, Comic Relief (or anyone else involved in organising the competition) or their direct family members.
