wannaB Mrs Ross:
"If you're still on the mooch in Brighton and it seems that everyone's asleep... well rest assured they're not. They're down at Buddies getting something to eat!
Buddies is open all hours, it attracts fat boys and big boobs, and all of us down in Brighton love this café 'cos it feels like the club's still open.
Where else can you eat egg on toast at 4am without your mum getting sus? Where else can you "come on down" with all the juice and tea you need, without having to move? I ask you people, try Buddies at 4am and you`ll never be the same again!
PS It's on the sea front between piers somewhere, I do go a lot but I couldn't really tell you the precise location. hee hee."
Zoe:
If it were me, I'd take a trip to Shakeaway on Regent Street. It's not strictly speaking a place where you can eat out - but a milkshake parlour. Seriously, there's nothing like it! You walk in and are immediately dazzled by the amount of flavours on offer. Even if it's rubbish weather you MUST sample one of these shakes, you'll never be the same again!!" z/x
James McDonald:
"There is this fantastic juice bar called Bar Juicy opposite the Town Hall tucked away between Puccinos and Bella Italia in The Laines. They do amazing smoothies (esp. the summer berry one!) and juices all juiced in front of you. And shots of wheatgrass juice too which are great for hangovers." :) J
Anna West:
"Blind Lemon Alley is one of my fave places to eat in Brighton. It's a lovely little soul food restaurant, but tall people beware - little was the key word there!!"
Maholio:
"The Hop Poles on Middle Street is a cool, small, intimate pub. Very nice food, nice staff, nice atmosphere, nice music...nice place.
No fussing or messing - the way it should be! Try it....you just might like it!"
Marina de Virpsha:
"There is absolutely no way that you can come all the way down to sunny Brighton without getting some fish and chips from the beach front. No trip here would be worth it without cod and chips with loads of vinegar. Follow that up with some donuts at the entrance to the pier, get rid of all your change on the arcades then hit the clubs on the beach front. I can't think of a better way to spend a day in Brighton!"
Daniel Slater:
"The best place to eat in Brighton is a place on the High Street called Quod. It's a nice restaurant, very quiet and relaxed. A great menu complimented with helpful and kind staff makes Quod a perfect place to spend a romantic evening with that special one in your life."
