How do you make sure you get the best spot on the beach?
Rise at six in the morning, you'll get a spot then. It's the only time you can bear the heat in Ayia Napa. If you're out there at midday you're crazy, it's far too hot. There's one major beach called Nissi Beach, and it's packed. It's like Bournemouth when it's hot - you can't see sand for bodies. I made the mistake of walking the length of the beach with Spoony. It was okay going one way, but I got rushed on the way back, and nearly pushed into the sea. If you wanna be seen go to the beach, if not, stay by the pool.
What are your tips for looking good on Nissi Beach?
When we did the beach party last year, 'The Thong Song' was the big record, and I fully understood why people loved it so much. It was hard for me to concentrate while broadcasting the R&B Chart Show, as when I looked up I saw a succession of thongs in front of me. Thongs come in different shapes, colours and sizes, I can testify to that, I'm a professor of thongs after two hours of sitting and watching them. Girls wear as little as possible, and they're not shy. Guys have got no style at all, they wear cut down jeans still, and basketball shorts or speedo's. It's not a good look for men.

You don't really, just schmooze down there when you can. Just muscle someone out of their place when they go into the water!

I'm gonna be sun-terracing it, I'm a dark skinned guy but my skin does need the sun as well, and it's feeling a bit gritty at the moment, so wherever the sun terrace is - that'll be me, me and a pina colada!

I don't know. There's not a best spot for me, I just go in and plonk myself anywhere, 'cos I don't swim. I don't even like the sand that much. I find beaches quite overrated sometimes, and it's not white crystal sand there... Anywhere that I can plonk myself and there's not too many people which are gonna do my head in.

I don't look for a spot, I just see friends and camp down for a while. If you see a group of female friends that you know, they're alright to look after your towel, wallet, your stuff. You can't be posing, lugging your things around!

You can get coloured-lens glasses, then match the colours with your outfit. If you've got a blue lens wear blue, and brown lens wear beige. It looks cool actually.
