We've spent the week showing you how we run this radio station - now it's your turn! Friday is U Ctrl Radio 1. And obviously, it can't work without YOU.

We need you to pick the music from 10am til 7pm. It'll work just like Greg's Ten Minute Takeover - at various points throughout the day, we open the text lines for 30 seconds, you text your song choice, then we freeze the text screen. The top six records will get played (as long as they're in the system, they don't contain swearing, and we've no played them already).

(Please remember your texts could cost 10-15p each and won't come out of your inclusive text bundle. Our text number is 81199.)

And that's not all - you've pick the guests. Earlier today we asked for your guest suggestions, via Facebook and Twitter, and Fearne drew up a shortlist of 10 that Scott has to find by the end of the day. Here's the list.
