Celebrity Scissorhands opens soon
Pop icon Steve Strange is brandishing his snippers once again for the Celebrity Scissorhands Hair and Beauty Academy, which opens from Sunday 26 October to Thursday 13 November on BBC Three.
After literally drawing blood last year when he accidentally cut a client's ear Steve is now the academy's image consultant and will be advising this year's recruits, who are all working flat out to raise money for this year's BBC Children in Need Appeal.
These include former EastEnders actress Shana Swash, The Apprentice's Lucinda Ledgerwood, Stedman Pearson from 1980s pop sensation Five Star, The Real Hustle presenter Jessica Jane Clement, and former Grange Hill actors in the form of (Togger) Chris Perry-Metcalf and (Zammo) Lee Macdonald.
Renowned British hairdresser Lee Stafford returns to take the helm at and attempt the impossible - to turn a team of stars into fully fledged hair and beauty experts in just three weeks.
