If you've got the voice of an angel or fancy yourself as a bit of a songwriter, then join the oodles of talented supporters across the UK who make a single or album to raise money for BBC Children in Need each year. Here is a step by step guide to getting your single out there:

Step 1
Write/record your song- try to make the song appeal to as many people as possible and make sure the content is suitable for people of all ages.

Step 2
Send in your song to us at pudsey@bbc.co.uk as you are required by charity law to have an agreement with us. Please provide the following information:

  • How much the CD would be sold for
  • How much from the sale of each CD would benefit the BBC Children in Need Appeal
  • Where/How the CD would be sold

Step 3
If issued an agreement from us, you will be sent some legal information which you must ensure is clearly stated when selling your single. Then you are free to place your song on your Myspace page and raise money for BBC Children in Need.

We will feature some of the best on this page so watch this space!
