Get your money to us!
Once your fundraising activity is over, and you've counted all your money, you just need to pay it in! We accept donations all year round but the sooner you get it paid in, the sooner it will start helping disadvantaged children and young people right here in the UK.
If you didn't get chance to pay your money in before the show, just follow the instructions below to pay it in and get it included in our final total.
Thank you for helping us change children's lives.
Ways to pay in your money
1. Online
You can donate securely online by visiting Donate.
2. By post
You can send us a cheque, postal order or CAF cheque, made payable to BBC Children in Need Appeal, to:
BBC Children in Need Appeal
PO Box 1000,
London
W12 7WJ
Please don't send cash by post. If you have a sponsorship form, remember to send it with your cheque,
3. In person
You can pay in money at any bank (please use the paying in slip on your welcome letter or ask at the counter), Building Society or Post Office (Freepay account 1066). They will all accept donations for a month or two after the Appeal, and HSBC will accept them all year round.
You can also pay in cash at any PayPoint store or through Coinstar (the big blue machine in supermarkets).
4. By phone
You can call our donation line on 03457 33 22 33. Calls are charged at standard geographical rates.
Gift Aid is great news
If you pay UK tax then let us know! The Government's Gift Aid scheme means that we can claim an extra 25% on top of your donation or sponsorship money. And it won't cost a penny!
We can claim Gift Aid on personal donations or sponsored fundraising, but not on money raised from activities like bake sales.
So tick the Gift Aid box on your paying in slip, or ask your sponsors to tick the box on your sponsorship form and include their home address.
For more information about Gift Aid, please go online: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/individuals/giving/gift-aid.htm
And finally, let us say Thank You!
Don't forget to get your 'Thank You' certificate! To get yours, either:
1. Use your welcome letter
You can fill in your welcome letter and send it back to us after it has been stamped by the bank.
2. Use your receipt
You can send us the receipt from paying your money in.
3. Use a cheque
You can send us your fundraising money by cheque.
Please tell us your address and the name you would like on your certificate!
