Your Complaints
BBC Children in Need is committed to ensuring that our customer service levels are of the highest quality. The complaints procedure enables BBC Children in Need to respond clearly and properly to complaints and to know when and why people are not satisfied.
Complaints should be sent to us at pudsey@bbc.co.uk or you can call 020 8576 7788 or write to us at BBC Children in Need Appeal, PO Box 1000, London W12 7WJ. You can find out more about our complaints process here.
We recognise that it may sometimes be difficult to distinguish between BBC Children in Need and the BBC. However, the BBC Children in Need Appeal is a registered charity (England & Wales no. 802052, Scotland no. SC039557) and as such has an independent complaints procedure separate to that of the BBC.
For complaints relating to the BBC, complainants will be referred to the BBC's Audience Services department, who can be contacted directly via the BBC Complaints page.
