Evolution!

Sir David Attenborough, CBBC's Barney Harwood and Gemma Hunt lead a musical expedition for all the family.

Adventure with dinosaurs and explore deepest darkest space with John Williams' soundtracks to Jurassic Park and Star Wars; experience flora and fauna with Delius' On Hearing the First Cuckoo in Spring and Arvo Pärt's If Bach Had a Beekeeper, and hear pieces by Britten and Copland - all performed by the London Philharmonic Choir and BBC Concert Orchestra, conducted by Charles Hazlewood.

Plus drum-and-bass DJ Goldie reveals a specially commissioned work for the BBC. An exciting chance to hear Goldie's first ever classical orchestral composition, inspired by Darwin and musical evolution.

Don't miss the FREE Family Prom on Sunday 26 July 11.00am-1.00pm - Specially devised to give an introductory taste of classical music, this free concert brings loved classics to a new, younger audience.
