While it lives up to its reputation of a fun Last Night party celebrating British tradition, it equally encapsulates the spirit of the Proms, with leading international artists and an all-embracing programme, introducing new works alongside much-loved classics and bringing together the different themes of the season.

 Proms in the Park now takes the Last Night party to  Carrickfergus,  Glasgow,  Swansea and  Tees Valley as well as  London, reflecting the increased interest in the Proms from around the UK.

On the Last Night you can press the red button on your digital TV remote control and choose which Proms in the Park concert to watch.
